This acrylic painting has quite a history. It was started it in the fall of 2019 and then finally framed in 2022. Photos of the unfinished piece have been used in two other works (included) while it sat in waiting.

During a walk on the beach of Lake Erie this summer, it came to me to incorporate some washed up rusty metal I had found. These beach finds came together nicely with some rusted up washers I made for another project and it finally felt complete.

Beach Walks & Sunsets is the perfect title to capture its spirit, colors and textures. Measurements: 48 x 24

Staged photograph using sparklers to spell out the word LOVE. This was taken following a private wedding ceremony. What a beautiful day (and evening) celebrating cherished friends!

A photograph with two meanings. This sweet fawn was caught eating grass in front of the Support The Journey pond. The reflection of the trees on the pond surface along with the vibrant green grass surrounds the subject perfectly.

Making what’s old new again! This table was “rescued” and the base refreshed. The new top was created from repurposed oak flooring and burnt Shou Sugi Ban style. It was then given a coating of blue paint and lightly sanded to highlight the contrasting colors.

This Teak Zen Garden Table was built from repurposed teak flooring and pine. It comes with a handmade rake and decorated stones. The warm colors bring a peaceful energy into the room, making it a beautiful accent piece. The center lifts out for easy cleaning and moving.
